Security Overview

The normal operating hours of the building are Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. On federal holidays and weekends, the building remains secured. Additionally, the elevators at 100 & 150 South Wacker are equipped with floor-by-floor access control. Each individual access card is provided with specific levels of programming as required for your business needs. Building Access

Access cards are needed to access the building and elevators during non-business hours. To request a new or replacement access card, create a work order and include the name of the person who needs the access card. A photo is needed for all new cards. A digital picture in JPEG format can be uploaded to the work order.

Key and Lock Policy

For your security, the building maintains a lock and key type specific to 100 & 150 South Wacker. At the time of your move-in, multiple keys are provided to Office Manager or day-to-day contact. Additional keys can be provided upon request. As a reminder, all keys and locks must be maintained in the building standard. Tenant Lockout

When a tenant is locked out of their suite or internal office space during regular business hours, they should contact the office of the building to provide access. However, afterhours they should see lobby security. Security may need to call the tenant contact for authorization to unlock the space for a fee.
